Meet Me
As a Transformational Coach, I am dedicated to guide you to move through emotional blocks and fears, limiting beliefs, painful relationship patterns, and the feeling of being “lost” or disconnected from your purpose. I specialize in mental and somatic work, behavioral shifts, unconscious reprogramming, and energy healing. My intention is to support your journey of stepping into clarity, confidence and inner freedom.
My own path began when I moved across the world to New Zealand 7 years ago – a leap that opened me to deep personal growth, and revealed the endless cycles I could no longer ignore. Toxic relationship dynamics, hard inner critic and repeating patterns showed me I needed to face the shadows I had avoided for years. I made a firm decision to profoundly get to know myself so I could rebuild my life from a place of strength and clarity.
During a 10-day silent Vipassana meditation retreat in 2020, I heard my calling clearly: to support others on their own healing path and self-discovery. That inner knowing led me to become an NLP Master (Neuro-linguistic programming) and a Transformatinal and Trauma-informed coach Mastery Method certified, specializing in helping people heal at the root, not just manage surface-level symptoms.
Through this profound level of coaching, energy work, and meditation, I healed from childhood bullying, abusive relationships, betrayal, deeply blocked emotions, and very low self-esteem. I learned how to regulate my nervous system, trust my intuition, build resilience, and created a life based on infinite Self-love rather than survival.
Today, I am supporting others on their healing path, and helping them create the life they always dreamed of living.

- Take a moment to Check in with Yourself. Allow your emotions to inform you.
- Life is meant to be lived. Dance your fears out and make it fun and playful.
- Mindfully choose people you surround yourself with and bear in mind that it is healthy to clear the friends list. Including social media connections.
- Friends are family we choose. Nurture your relationships.
- Always aim to leave people in a good feeling before you part ways.
- Express yourself. Find your ways and be creative.
- Do something nice for yourself every day. We are gifted with time and we don’t know for how long. Consciously celebrate yourself and your precious time on this Earth.
- Take care of all of your bodies. Physical, emotional, spiritual, mental. Release, nourish and re-charge to have a higher quality life.
- Flexibility is important. It keeps our mind open for new possibilities, awakens curiosity, provides different perspectives, and keeps our body healthy.
- Always act from the state of kindness and compassion. Sometimes we don’t know what the other soul is going through. By being kind we are helping each other.
